Construction Management Specialization

 Construction Management Specialization

The Construction Management specialization within the B.S. in Real Estate and Economic Development program creates a pathway for students who have already taken courses in construction management at a community college and who are now seeking to earn their bachelor's degree.

When you transfer 15 credits of construction management from an approved community college to the University of Baltimore you have already satisfied the specialization requirements for the real estate program. Now all you'll need to fulfill are the general education requirements, business requirements and real estate program requirements and you are one step closer to earning your bachelor's degree.

We accept construction management credits from:

  • Anne Arundel Community College - A.A.S. in Construction Management
  • Baltimore City Community College - A.A.S. in Construction Supervision
  • Community College of Baltimore County - A.A.S. Construction Management
  • College of Southern Maryland - Construction Management Technology
  • Howard Community College - Architectural and Construction Management
