The Mount Royal Avenue lot is considered a premium parking facility. Any UB employee may pay premium rates to park on this lot. There is a waiting list.
The cost for premium parking is based on salary; see the employee rate table. Regular employees eligible for pre-tax payroll deductions can pay for premium parking over 20 payroll periods (see the far right column), while contingent employees can pay the premium parking rate per calendar month (see the first column under "Mt. Royal").
