Employee Parking Cost
UB employees have the following options to pay for parking on campus.
Regular employees:

Pre-tax payroll deductions: Pay for unlimited
parking in 20 installments from late August through late May. Your
pre-tax payroll deduction amount for parking is based on your salary. To
determine your rate, see the employee rate table.
To determine if you are eligible to pay for parking via a pre-tax payroll deduction, log in to MyUB. From the MyHR page, choose "Payroll, Taxes and Salary" under "My Employment Information." Then choose "View Paycheck." Parking, if applicable, will appear under "Before-Tax Deductions." - Pay-per-park: By choosing not to enroll in pre-tax payroll deductions for parking, you can set up a parking account from which the applicable per-park rate will be deducted every time you leave a UB parking facility; you can choose either automatic replenishment or notification when your account becomes low. You can also pay the UB cash rate in cash or with a debit/credit card at the Maryland Avenue or Fitzgerald garage cashiers' windows during operational hours. Pay-per-park card holders may park at both the Fitzgerald and Maryland Avenue garages. See the campus map.
Contingent employees:
- Monthly payments: Pay for unlimited parking per calendar month. Monthly rates are based on annual salary. To determine your rate, see the employee rate table.
- Pay-per-park: The applicable rate will be deducted from your parking account every time you leave a parking facility; choose either automatic replenishment or notification when your account becomes low. You can also pay cash or with a debit/credit card to the Maryland Avenue or Fitzgerald Garage cashiers' windows. Pay-per-park card holders may park at both the Fitzgerald and Maryland Avenue garages. All other employees:
- Pay-per-park: Those who visit campus infrequently may set up a parking account from which the applicable per-park rate will be deducted every time you leave a UB parking facility; you can choose either automatic replenishment or notification when your account becomes low. You can also pay the UB cash rate in cash or with a debit/credit card at the Maryland Avenue or Fitzgerald garage cashiers' windows during operational hours.
