To pay or appeal a citation ...

Log on here 48 hours after the citation was issued. This is a secure, University of Baltimore-sanctioned third-party Web site. Before accessing the site, you will need:

    * your citation number (this is for the Citation Number or Number field)
      or
    * your license plate number.

Once you are logged in, the citation information and images of the actual citation will be displayed. From this screen, options either to pay or the appeal the citation are available.

• You can pay by credit card only through this Web site.
• Appeals will only be accepted through this site, and the decision will be communicated via e-mail.
