Lost Your Card?

Need a new Bee Card?  Not a problem.

If you've lost or misplaced your Bee Card, please take the following steps to protect your Campus Cash account:

1.  Log in to your Campus Cash account.

2. On your account page, immediately suspend your Campus Cash account. 

• This will protect your Campus Cash funds until you find or replace your card.
• If you cannot access your account online, call the Campus Card Care Center at 1.877.777.3342 or stop by the Office of Campus Card Operations (Academic Center, Room 105) to have your account suspended.

3.  If you need a replacement card, visit the Office of Campus Card Operations.

Students:

• A replacement charge of $20 will appear on your student account.
• Like a library fine, this charge will need to be paid prior to the next registration period or graduation. You can pay with cash, credit or Campus Cash at the Office of the Bursar (Academic Center, Room 127).
• If you card is stolen please bring a copy of the police or incident report to the office and your card will be replaced at no charge.

Faculty/Staff:

• You must first pay a replacement charge of $20 with cash or a credit card at the Office of the Bursar.
• Please bring a copy of your receipt to the Office of Campus Card Operations to obtain your replacement Bee Card.
• If you card is stolen please bring a copy of the police or incident report to the office and your card will be replaced at no charge.

Remember the 20-20-20 rule:

• $20 if you lose your card and need a replacement
• $20 if you damage your card and need a replacement
• $20 if you do not like the picture on your card and want a new one

Found a Bee Card?

If you find a Bee Card there are two ways that you can return it to the card office:

• Drop it in the mail, no envelope needed.  Return postage is guaranteed.
• Stop by the office and drop it off.  We are located in the Academic Center, suite 105.

We will contact the person and let them know that their Bee Card has been found and when they can pick it up.
