The Department of Facilities Management and Capital Planning provides leadership for identifying, developing and implementing capital planning initiatives in accordance with the strategies of the Campus Master Plan. The Office of Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical space of the university and falls within this department.
